Cole Pinder
Co-Founder
Cole's managerial experience and strategic mind make him a natural logistics consultant. Before launching Right Fit, he worked for five years with ArcBest, the parent company of ABF Freight, Panther Expedited, and ArcBest Truckload. He was eventually promoted to Director of Enterprise Solutions, making him the youngest sales director in the company's 90-year history.
Cole started his career with two years in commercial banking, analyzing business risk and structuring commercial loans. This gave Cole unique exposure to the mechanics of business over a wide range of industries. The desire to contribute more directly to his employers' bottom-line led Cole to transportation.

Chris Hofstra
Co-Founder
Chris is a master of efficiency and execution. He manages finance and operations and is instrumental in ensuring successful setup and ongoing management of vendors and technology for our clients.
Prior to co-founding Right Fit, Chris accumulated a diverse background in transportation throughout the West Michigan area. As Head of Sales for a local cartage company, he led the growth of the company from 40 trucks to a fleet of over 100. Chris then successfully launched and managed a Globaltranz agency, which led to an opportunity with ABF Freight.
While at ABF, Chris was selected by an emerging truckload brokerage to lead a sales staff and diversify the brokerage’s mode offerings. His background and exposure to asset-based and brokerage sales helped shape the direction of Right Fit Logistics.

Terrie Canada
Strategic Account Manager
Terrie was the first team member recruited to Right Fit for her diverse logistics background and “we’ll find a way” attitude. Her transportation career began in 2002, where she coordinated truckload freight but was quickly promoted into new roles that continued to develop her problem-solving and managerial skills.
Terrie created ArcBest’s first customized solutions team which helped unify ABF Freight with their sister company, Panther expedited. By implementing proactive freight management techniques and creative problem solving, Terrie and her team were directly responsible for saving a high profile account more than six figures annually. Terrie’s approach and contribution to Right Fit is cornerstone to the mission of creating a best-in-class experience for its customers and vendors.

The Inspiration
Chris and Cole met during their time at ABF Freight, quickly becoming friends. Both shared the desire to have a more meaningful impact on local businesses. Rather than molding clients into their employer’s offerings, they believe in helping local businesses find the right providers to fit their individual needs
In early 2017, Right Fit Logistics was founded.
